Property Maintenance
If this is an emergency, please call our office at 580-248-8460. Do not use the online maintenance submission for emergency repairs. Online maintenance is only monitored during business hours, if it is after hours and is an emergency, please call our office number and follow the prompts to speak with a representative immediately.
Things to keep in mind when submitting a request:
- Drain stoppages – If only one drain is not flowing, try using a plunger or liquid plumber to free the clog. If it is determined that the stoppage is caused by misuse, damage due to neglect or carelessness you will be responsible for the cost of the service call.
- Pest control – Any infestation of any kind, expect termites, shall be the responsibility of the tenant to treat. If treatment is completed by our office, you will be responsible for the cost.
- Heat/air repair - Check your air filter and change if necessary. Filters should be changed at least every three months depending on the filter used, monthly for thinner filters. You could be liable for damage or service call cost caused by dirty or missing filters.
- Electrical outages – Check to see if breakers need reset or if there is an issue with the electric company.
- Glass breakage – This is the tenant's responsibility unless a police report is provided to the office or in the instance of major storm damage.
