Meet our Team
Johnny has been in Real Estate in Lawton since 1977. He is a leader in the community and serves with many organizations to help make Lawton a great place to live. Johnny also works closely with Fort Sill Housing to assist military families find homes in the surrounding area. He is a Broker/Associate with eXp Realty where he helps property owners sell and purchase investment properties. He is a member of the local Board of Realtors, NAR, and NARPM.
Jennifer is a military child, spouse, and mother. She has been in Lawton since 1994 where she married her husband and raised her children. She is now the grandmother of three amazing boys. Jennifer has worked at Crossroads Realty for over 20 years, where she has been licensed with OREC since 2004 and a Broker since 2015. She oversees the day-to-day business operations and supervises the office staff. She assists Johnny with sales of investment properties for owners. She is a member of the local Board of Realtors, NAR, and NARPM.
Valerie moved to Oklahoma in 1992, where she and her husband raised their two daughters, and are now blessed with 2 grandchildren. She has been in the Housing field for 27 years with the last 17 years as a Property Manager here in Lawton, OK. She has a Broker Associates License. As Property Manager for Crossroads Realty, she helps navigate Property Management for owners of the property. She does a rental market and tours your home to help you determine the best choices for you and your home. Along with being the Property Manager, she also handles all the late payments and legals, and will go to court for evictions. She works with previous tenant’s collections and maintains the Credit Bureau reporting. She works with prospective tenants through online correspondence.
Tammy is known as the “money” lady to our owners because she pays the bills. She is responsible for all the accounts receivable and payable when it comes to the owners, tenants (past and present), properties, and vendors. She does monthly statements and distributes the collected rent to the owners. She has her Real Estate license, and Crossroads Realty has been her home for the last 10 years. She was born in Oklahoma and made Lawton her home when she was in elementary school. When she is not at work, you can usually find her with her three daughters and seven granddaughters—yes, SEVEN! They range in age from 21 months to 8 years old and bring her pure joy. She is truly blessed.
Rachel is native to Lawton. She graduated from Lawton High in 1999, and has raised her family here. She is a licensed Real Estate Associate with the Oklahoma Real Estate Commission, and has been the Leasing Coordinator for Crossroads Realty for 3 years now. As Leasing Coordinator; she will assist clients with finding a rental home, and answering any questions they have concerning the property or our application process. If difficulties should arise when filling out the application; she is here to assist you through the process. Once the application has been received, she will process the application, and if approved she will prepare the lease agreement. She coordinates your move in with you as well.
Steve is the maintenance manager/rental home inspector for move ins and move outs at Crossroads realty. He moved to Lawton in 2019 From Colorado. Steve has been in property management for 32 years. He coordinates all repairs and cleaning for the vacant homes while and resolves any problems that may arise in occupied homes, we strive to make sure all the rental homes are properly maintained and our tenants are happy! He works with our in-house maintenance staff. His goal is to make sure all tenants can live in a safe, clean, and relaxing environment!
Michelle graduated from Cache High School and moved around a lot being a military family, she landed back in Lawton in 2018. She has one daughter that recently got married and that gave her two adorable grandchildren. She is relatively new to Crossroads; she has been here for just under a year. As the title implies, she coordinates all the maintenance calls that come in. From leaking faucets to new roofs, she gets the vendors out to the properties to make repairs and improvements and follow up with tenants and vendors to make sure repairs are completed. Also, if you have an after-hours emergency call, it'll be her voice you hear on the other end of the line.
